The Hidden Cost of Growth
Built Around Operational Growth & Long-Term Support
Boston Business Services was founded with a clear objective: helping growing businesses build stronger operational systems and scalable support structures without compromising quality, responsiveness or workflow consistency.
As firms grow, operational pressure often increases faster than internal infrastructure can adapt. Administrative workloads expand, workflows become more complex and leadership teams find themselves spending increasing amounts of time managing operational issues instead of focusing on strategic growth and client relationships.
Boston Business Services was created to help solve that challenge.
Rather than functioning as a traditional recruitment agency or freelance staffing provider, BBS operates as a managed operational support partner. We recruit, train, manage and oversee dedicated support teams that integrate directly into our clients’ workflows and day-to-day operations.
Our focus is on helping firms improve operational efficiency, strengthen workflow coordination and create scalable support systems that allow internal teams to operate more effectively as the business grows.
Our support structures are designed around long-term operational continuity rather than short-term staffing. We work closely with clients to build reliable support systems aligned with the way their business already operates.
Meet Saqib Sheikh
Saqib Sheikh is the founder of Boston Business Services and the driving force behind the company’s operational and commercially focused approach.
Having worked closely with law firms and professional services businesses across the UK and the U.S., Saqib developed a strong understanding of the operational challenges many firms face as they grow. Throughout his experience, he repeatedly saw highly skilled professionals spending significant amounts of time handling administrative tasks, workflow coordination and operational management responsibilities that reduced efficiency and limited scalability.
Over time, he recognised that many firms were not struggling because of a lack of capability. The real challenge was operational capacity.
As client demands increased and workloads expanded, many businesses found it difficult to build reliable support structures capable of maintaining consistency, responsiveness and workflow stability at scale.
This became the foundation for Boston Business Services.
Saqib founded BBS to help businesses build dependable operational support systems that allow leadership teams and fee earners to focus more of their time on growth, strategy and client relationships rather than operational pressure.
He studied at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where he developed a strong interest in business operations, professional services and scalable growth models. His background combines entrepreneurial experience, operational management exposure and a strong understanding of service-based business structures.
Alongside this, Saqib has been involved in multiple business ventures over the years, helping shape his understanding of workflow management, long-term service delivery and operational scalability. These experiences reinforced his belief that sustainable growth depends heavily on strong systems, dependable teams and long-term operational consistency.
Spending time between the UK and the U.S., Saqib remains closely connected to developments across both markets while continuing to oversee the strategic growth and direction of Boston Business Services today.
